BotCraft AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all BotCraft AI orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at botcraftaisupport@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
After the 30-day window
Beyond 30 days, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Settings page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
