Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BotCraft AI service operated by BotCraft AI ("BotCraft AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use BotCraft AI.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the platform.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Use BotCraft AI to provide regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) without proper qualifications and disclosures.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described on our Refund Policy page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Intellectual property

BotCraft AI and all related software, documentation, branding, logos, and the underlying platform are and remain the exclusive property of BotCraft AI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service in accordance with your plan. No other rights are granted by implication.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, configurations, and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

6. AI output

AI responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review and test your chatbots before exposing them to end-users. You are responsible for the content your chatbots produce.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotCraft AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
